Two-time WNBA champion Kelsey Plum and New York Giants tight end Darren Waller have filed for divorce after one year of marriage, according to online records filed in Clark County, Las Vegas.
Plum, an All-Star guard for the Las Vegas Aces, and Waller filed a joint petition for divorce on Tuesday. Plum posted a message on social media Tuesday that appears to be about the divorce.
"I'm devastated. I walked through fire for that man, but now I see it's time to go," she wrote. "God has given me an incredible life, and I'm truly so grateful for the profound love from my family and friends.
"One day I'll share my story, today is not that day. Thank you for the grace to process my pain, to forgive and move forward. Today and everyday I will continue to choose joy. Much love KP."
Waller hasn't commented on social media.

The couple announced they got married in March 2023, when Waller was still a member of the Las Vegas Raiders. With Plum playing for the Aces, they were one of the most prominent couples in Las Vegas' sports. Shortly afterward, Waller was traded to New York.
The No. 1 pick in the 2017 WNBA draft, Plum has been with the Aces since they relocated from San Antonio, and she is a starter on a team that has won back-to-back league championships. She also won gold in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics as part of the 3x3 women's basketball team.
Plum and the Aces open the 2024 WNBA season in Las Vegas with a Tuesday, May 14 game against the Phoenix Mercury at 10 p.m. ET (ESPN2).
Waller was a 2020 Pro Bowler, and he played in 12 games for the Giants last season with 52 catches for 552 yards and a touchdown.
